Concerns the delivery
- We deliver our products in Belgium, the Netherlands and other European countries.
- Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday; Unfortunately, delivery on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays is not possible.
- Delivery times between 9am and 6pm.
- In busy periods, such as around the holidays, it can happen that your product is delivered in the evening.
For delivery, use is made of a courier service that determines the delivery route and delivery time. We therefore have no influence on the exact time when your product is delivered to the receiving address.
We always try to respect the requested delivery day. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the operation of the courier services and it can happen in busier periods that your gift will be delivered later, even though it has left here in time. The latter does not entitle you to compensation or cancellation of the order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an error in the address specified by you or due to a lack of correct information in the address specified by you, you can pick it up in our warehouses. A shortage can be, bus number missing or company name not provided. If a package is refused, you can also pick it up from our warehouses. Once the package has left, no changes can be made to addresses. The information in the track & trace of the courier services is considered correct. There can be no refund of a package that cannot be delivered due to missing or "incomplete" data. If a parcel returns because it was not collected by the customer, you can also pick it up from our warehouses.
Austria has been removed from the list (temporarily) due to too much breakage in the delivery of gifts
