Lalande de Pomerol Château Fleur de Jean Gue: This beautiful cru is vinified by the daughter of Alain Aubert (Ch. La Couspaude), Héloise Aubert. This wine is described as refined and feminine. The clay-limestone terroir has produced a beautiful wine, full-bodied, sensual and fairly quickly accessible, but with storage potential. The color is "Very intense purple". Jean de Gué is an opulent Lalande Pomerol, with lots of fine fruit, fine tannins and a very nice intensity. The wood is well dosed and the taste is wonderfully soft! This Lalande is one of the best in the appellation!
