Prosecco Sacchetto Asolo DOCG Brut: An Italian sparkling wine made according to the "Cuve Close" or "Charmat method" with the second fermentation in a closed barrel. Clear, straw yellow color. Delicate and mild, with aromas of apple and flowers. In the mouth a fruity and delicate taste, soft to drink and sparkling fresh.

Montepulciano Abruzze -Podere / Umani Ronchi: The story of Umani Ronchi begins in 1957 in Cupramontana, in the heart of Verdicchio Classico. In the meantime, the 3rd generation is now at the helm of this top family business. The constant search for the best areas, techniques and craftsmanship has allowed the Bianchi-Bernetti family's small company to grow while ensuring authenticity and focus on quality. From Castelli di Jesi to Conero and Abruzzo; Umani Ronchi owns a total of 210 hectares of vineyards with, among others, the Verdicchio, Montepulciano and Pecorino grapes. Twelve vineyards, together covering 185 km of rows of vines, grown strictly according to the principles of organic farming! Today, Umani Ronchi produces 2.9 million bottles of wine annually and exports to more than 40 countries.

Castilla y Leon - Rueda Bodegas Naia: Naia comes from the village of La Seca which is considered the Grand Cru of this region. It is a fresh, fruity white wine with notes of ripe white fruit, a hint of citrus and minerals. The acidity is refined and subtle and provides a lively character. Good combination with crustaceans and shellfish, lobster, prawns, fried fish (sole), or as an aperitif. Serving temperature: 10°C.
