Champagne Edmond Roussin – Brut 1er Cru 75 cl: A classic champagne in which the following grapes were processed in equal proportion: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Aged for 30 months in the bottle in the traditional way. A nice, elegant, mature champagne with a full, delicious, sparkling mouth filling.
Tomato bread: The typical Spanish tapas bread with tomato 'Pan con Tomate'. You can eat them as a snack or use them as a dip as an appetizer. These toasts should not be missing on any tapas platter!
Toast Walkers Scottish Highland Oatcakes: These Scottish oatcakes are prepared based on a traditional recipe that was perfected during the last century. They come from the heart of the Highlands and are made with only the best oats, without the addition of artificial colors or flavors. A fantastic source of wholegrain fibre, suitable for any diet, including vegetarians. Ideal as a snack. You can also use this as a base on which you apply the pâté and confit. Pâté Castaing, Le pâté de campaign au Piment d'Espelette: House founded in Chalosse by Joseph Castaing, with the ambition to share the excellence, know-how and culinary wealth of the region. Today, Joseph's great-grandson heads the Castaing house, always faithful to its fundamental values. The pâté is made using traditional methods from pig liver from the Landes department with Espelette pepper. This pâté castaing is excellent accompanied by toast with walnuts and raisins or accompanied by confit. (Piment d'Espelette is an aromatic chili pepper from the French Basque Country. This chili pepper is named after the Basque village of Espelette)
